Welcome to lotlinkin.com (the "Site") and to LotLink AI BDC (the "Service"), operated by LotLink LLC ("LotLink," "we," "us"). By using the Site or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or the Service.
1. Who We Are
LotLink LLC is an Indiana limited liability company. We provide LotLink AI BDC, a software platform that automates voice, SMS, and email communication for independent auto dealerships. The Service is sold to dealerships as a recurring subscription, billed either monthly or annually at your option.
2. Subscription, Billing, and Money-Back Guarantee
- 30-day money-back guarantee. Every new paid plan — monthly OR annual — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first invoice. If you are not satisfied with the Service in your first 30 days, contact us in writing at john@lotlinkin.com to request a refund. On a monthly plan, this refunds your first month's subscription fee. On an annual plan, this refunds the full annual amount paid. The guarantee applies only to the first paid subscription per dealership and only when requested within 30 days of initial activation. Setup fees (if any) and overage charges are excluded.
- Billing cycle. Paid plans bill in advance on either a monthly or an annual cycle, selected at checkout. Annual billing is offered on the Growth and Pro tiers (including Founding Partner Pro) at a 17% discount versus the equivalent monthly rate — the equivalent of two months free. The Starter tier is monthly only. There is no long-term contract on monthly plans; you may cancel at any time from your dashboard and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- Annual prepayment — terms. Annual subscriptions are billed in full at checkout in exchange for the 17% discount. After the 30-day money-back window has closed, annual prepayments are non-refundable; cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid annual period and no prorated refund is issued for unused months. Annual prepayments may be transferred to another rooftop within the same ownership group with our written consent.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. Failed payments may result in service suspension. Annual renewals are charged on the anniversary of the original activation date unless cancelled in advance from your dashboard.
- Setup fees, if applicable to your plan, are one-time and non-refundable once onboarding has begun. Founding Partners (first ten dealerships) have setup fees waived.
3. Acceptable Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business communication with consumers who have a legitimate relationship with your dealership. You will not:
- Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages or otherwise violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any other applicable law or carrier rule.
- Import lead lists you have not lawfully obtained or that include consumers who have opted out of contact.
- Disable, bypass, or attempt to circumvent the Service's safety guardrails (including STOP/HELP handling, quiet-hours enforcement, and the closed-hours appointment guard).
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead consumers.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement with LotLink.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the platform or its data.
4. Your Data and Consumer Data
- You own your data. The conversations, leads, appointments, and analytics generated by your dealership's use of the Service remain your property. You may export your data at any time from the dashboard.
- Consumer data. The Service processes the personal information of consumers (your leads and customers) on your behalf as a service provider / processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have the lawful basis to share that data with LotLink and that your privacy notice to consumers accurately describes our role.
- Retention after cancellation. Following cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted from our systems. You can export before the retention window expires.
5. AI Limitations and Guardrails
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and deliver messages. We engineer multiple layers of guardrails — including but not limited to closed-hours appointment refusal, inventory-honesty checks, financing/price commitment blocks, opt-out enforcement, and quiet-hours deferral — but no AI system is perfect. You agree to monitor your inbox, review AI behavior periodically, and use the available kill switches (pause Jordan per contact or dealership-wide) when needed.
6. SMS / A2P Compliance
SMS sending through the Service requires carrier-level brand and campaign registration (A2P 10DLC). You agree to truthfully complete your portion of any required registration. We provision and maintain the underlying numbers and brand records; you are responsible for the legitimacy of every message your dealership sends.
7. Intellectual Property
The LotLink name, logo, dashboard, marketing site, and underlying software are the property of LotLink LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. Feedback you provide may be used by LotLink to improve the Service without obligation.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available." LotLink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific lead-conversion, appointment, or sales outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, LotLink LLC, its owners, and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the Service. Our total liability for any direct claim will not exceed the amount you paid to LotLink in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LotLink harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law — including claims by your consumers, your team members, or regulators related to the content or recipients of messages you sent through the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Indiana.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via dashboard notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site or Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. SMS Messaging Terms (For Consumers)
When a consumer submits a lead, contact form, or test-drive request to a dealership that uses LotLink — or otherwise initiates contact with such a dealership — that consumer may receive recurring text messages from the dealership (or from LotLink on the dealership's behalf) regarding the inquiry.
Program Name
LotLink Dealer Lead Response & Appointment Reminders (the "Program"), operated by LotLink LLC on behalf of subscribing dealerships.
Description
The Program sends one-to-one conversational text messages to acknowledge the consumer's inquiry, ask follow-up questions about the vehicle they're interested in, schedule a test drive or showroom visit, and send appointment reminders. Messages are sent only after the consumer initiates contact with a subscribing dealership.
Message Frequency
Recurring messages tied to your inquiry. A typical conversation runs 2–6 messages over 7 days. Frequency varies based on your replies and the dealer's follow-up cadence.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. LotLink does not charge a fee to send or receive text messages.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To re-enroll, contact the dealer directly or text START to the dealer's number.

Carriers
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers collected for text messaging are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information collected for SMS will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
