Welcome to lotlinkin.com (the "Site"), operated by LotLink Indiana. By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who We Are
LotLink Indiana is an Indiana-licensed auto broker serving Northern Indiana. We connect vehicle buyers with participating dealerships and offer an optional concierge buying service. LotLink does not own or hold inventory directly — the vehicles displayed on the Site are listed through our dealer partners.
2. Vehicle Listings
- Subject to prior sale. All listings are subject to prior sale or removal by the owning dealer at any time.
- Prices displayed are the dealer's advertised price and exclude applicable tax, title, license, documentation, and other fees unless stated otherwise.
- Accuracy. While we work to keep listings accurate, vehicle details, photos, mileage, and availability are provided by dealer partners and may not always be current. Verify all details directly before committing to purchase.
- Not a binding offer. A listing on the Site is not an offer to sell or a contract. Any purchase is subject to dealer approval, financing, and a signed sales contract.
3. Concierge Service
Our $299 concierge fee is collected only after we have performed work agreed upon in your consultation. If we are unable to locate a vehicle that meets your requirements, you do not pay the fee. The concierge agreement and refund terms are provided separately at the time of engagement.
4. Dealer Partnership
Dealer partnership terms — including lead fees, per-unit commissions, and listing placement — are governed by a separate written agreement between LotLink Indiana and each partner dealership. Nothing on the Site constitutes such an agreement.
5. Financing
LotLink is not a lender. Pre-approval inquiries submitted through the Site are shared with our lending partners, who perform their own underwriting. Rates, terms, and approval are determined solely by the lender. The preliminary form collected through the Site does not trigger a credit check. A formal credit application is completed separately through the lender's secure portal.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.
- Scrape, copy, or republish Site content, inventory data, or dealer information.
- Interfere with the Site's operation or security.
- Use the Site to violate any law.
7. Intellectual Property
The LotLink Indiana name, logo, and the design of this Site are the property of LotLink Indiana. Vehicle photographs are the property of the listing dealer or LotLink and may not be reused without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." LotLink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, LotLink Indiana, its owners, and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct claim will not exceed the amount you paid to LotLink in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Indiana.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
